Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades Upgrades can sometimes increase the power of a piece and sometimes even its extras. The value of these upgrade is determined by the tiers of gear, their requirements, and the number of random augmentations can be applied. For instance, the top shield of racial violence Razortail is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorb capability in PvP or to provide additional defenses to missile-based builds in PvM. This makes it more tradeable than the non-upgraded version. Reroll Tokens Reroll tokens allow you to reroll an item you have acquired, such as an armor, weapon, or rings. The item is swapped for one similar item, with a different set of extra bonuses. Reroll tokens are an efficient method of upgrading equipment. They don't preserve the original equipment's condition and any wasted resources will not be refunded. Survivors may acquire reroll tokens via a variety of methods, including from the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They are also available in chests and crates or buy them at the market for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter the attribute of an item for example, increasing the damage it can cause. Players can roll equipment with three categories: physical power, spell power, and health. Physical power increases the damage caused by weapons and melee attacks and spell power boosts mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades provide the player with an additional level of health. There are three kinds of Reroll tokens: upgrade rare and legendary. Each upgrade elevates the item to a better quality. To make them, you'll need an upgrade level token to reroll. Upgrades require a regular item. Rare upgrades require an item that is either exclusive or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces. In contrast to other special tokens and markers that are placed on Action spaces, the reroll marker remains in the space until the next successful result is rerolled. This is a way to prevent the waste of upgrades. Blueprints appear in the form of envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Phase, and are opened by grabbing them with Interact. When they are opened, they show an image and description of the Appliance or Ingredient. The restaurant's shop will trade blueprints for a brand new appliance or ingredient for a small amount. During upgrade item of the course of a game, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool based on chosen Franchise Cards. It will also show the amount of Growth Stones required to do so. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade a piece of gear will depend on its rarity. Typically rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas rare armor requires a single green or blue Growth Stone. After deciding on the item to upgrade, the user must choose the number of Growth Stones that they want to purchase and pay the cost. Once the player has satisfied the requirements, he is able to click the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. This will raise the item's level by a certain percentage. Depending on the rarity of the item the upgrade process can be as quick as a few seconds to minutes. The upgrade process is also completely risk-free and does not affect the item's durability. It's a great way for players who want to get an edge in combat but don't want to strain their wallets. Clicking on the “transfer tab”, players can also transfer their experience and progress of an upgraded piece of gear onto the new gear. The process of obtaining Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty can be daunting for new players. However, there are many ways to obtain these stones, such as contract completion and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, collecting them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from reward chests of the Ancient Arena season. Players can also break down higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones. Leveling Leveling is a feature that allows you to boost the stats of armor and weapons. You can also upgrade trinkets as well as helms. The Upgrade Station lets you combine an item with upgrade materials and also pay a cost in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The upgrade components will be used up and the item will gain a higher level. This process can be repeated until the highest level for an item is attained. Items that have upgraded stats will display a blue icon beside their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments, can't be applied to more than one item at once. However, this will cause the old upgrade to be destroyed. Requirements The upgrades to items allow players the ability to increase certain stats of weapons and armor they currently have equipped. The requirements to upgrade an item vary depending on the type of item but generally, you'll need Dilithium and a variety of Upgrade Tokens (various options are available). These upgrades can come from a variety of sources, including crafting, purchasing at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting from raids and bosses. Once an upgrade component has been placed into an object, it isn't able to be removed or replaced. However it is possible to swap glyphs freely. Upgrades can boost the Mark Level of an item or Rarity. Additionally, some upgrade components have additional modifiers that can improve the item's stats. The helm upgrade “Foundation of the Sun” for instance, increases defense base and gives an additional 20% chance to block. The dps “Wildfire”, however increases damage to weapons. Certain items benefit from being upgraded not so much for their improved stats, but more for the fact that it allows players to gain the maximum amount of value from a perfect roll on the item. For instance, a flawlessly rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly sought-after in the melee PvP community and could be worth 20-50 times the value of the unupp'd version. The game will highlight the requirements when you select the upgrade component to be incorporated into the item. This includes the type of item (either weapon or armor) and the tier of the item, the Upgrade Token required, and the amount of progress required to complete the upgrade.
